Many people with disabilities will have a preferred formatting for viewing and understanding information. Destek offer a range of solutions to ensure accessible communications:

Accessible communications Training

With an accessible communications course can teach your workforce that accessibility does not interfere with visual design, and that when accessibility is introduced to documentation it can make both electronic and printed material more usable to all.

The course covers: Inaccessible documents and their effect – The difficulties that people with various disabilities can face while accessing documentation. The forms of documentation will be discussed and the importance of choosing the correct format for the purpose of the document.

Testing for accessibility – The second phase involves presenting and demonstrating adjustments that can be made to documentation to increase its accessibility in accordance with accessibility guidelines. Accessibility errors in documents will be highlighted and how to find and resolve them, while explaining why it is important to amend these mistakes.
